Bulk Order

Whether you are shipping into Amazon or None Amazon orders, bulk orders is used ONLY for one of the following reasons:

• – If you are shipping FTL/LTL shipments

• – If you are shipping Non FTL/LTL shipments but will be providing your own small carrier shipping labels.

If neither the above options applies to you, then you need a parcel order. Click here for the instructions on how to create one.

• – You can use the search text box to search for your order if its already created in the system. if you dont know any or the search fields, Change the “Bulk Order Status” to ALL and expand your search dates so the system can pull all orders with all status within the date provided

• – SC Bulk Order ID: click on the ID to see the details of the order. As in every where through out the system, use the “Comment” section to communicate directly to the Warehouse.

• –  This will open a new window for you to create a the order as shown in the next pages. Note the tabs as you are in the order

• – We will normally make the order “Ready” within 24-48hrs, but depending on the order size and the number of other orders we have, this may extend to 78hrs. Do NOT schedule a pickup until you get that “Ready” email.
